Cancer cachexia?

Does anyone have cancer cachexia? I am working on a educational project and would love to speak to someone!

I have had muscle wasting or cachexia in conjunction w kidney failure / list 10-15 pounds of basically muscle mass - made me so weak and the best things to combat it was : treat the kidney disease (got a transplant) and secondly do muscle exercises such as walking and lunges and some jumping!
